Courtney Foster has been the General Manager at Bidwell Park Golf Course since July 2011. He has been a Golf Professional for 28 years and a PGA Class "A" Member since 1988. He is in charge of all golf operations at the Bidwell Park Golf Course. A native of Chico, he attended Boise State University then went to the Sacramento market for 13 years as a golf professional before returning to the Chico area in 1998 with his wife Julia and their two daughters.
